The elegance of medieval knights

Voopoo never stops creating sensational products. The inspiration for the Drag S PnP-X was the Middle Ages, more specifically the knights who fought with courage and honour in those times. He chose zinc alloy as the material, while the handle is covered with leather and features a knightly motif. The handle has lines that adapt to the curvature of the fingers and even gives the feeling of holding a spear or sword.

In addition, the user will appreciate the replaceable drip tip 510, the decorative ring at the top of the cartridge as well as the screen and the 3 buttons positioned on the front. This judicious positioning makes it easy to hold.

Finally, this kit measures 119.5 x 33 x 28 mm. It is therefore a compact model, capable of being slipped easily into a bag or a handbag.

Breathtakingly technical

This Drag S has the elegance of the knights of the Middle Ages, but it also evokes their striking power. The Gene.TT chipset gives it remarkable capabilities. The voltage varies between 3.2 and 4.2V. The power varies between 5 and 60W and there are 2 operating modes :

• Smart mode (with recording of the last wattage set)
• RBA mode

In addition, this kit is equipped with 2500 mAh built-in battery. This battery can be recharged by means of a USB type-C cable (supplied). As for the box, it accepts coils with a value between 0.1 and 3 ohms.

Another strong point of this device is the 0.96″ colour TFT screen which displays the information necessary for quality vaping, including power, coil value and duration of inhalations. Note that the display colour changes depending on the mode chosen :

• Red for the Smart mode
• Blue for the RBA mode

The Gene.TT chipset also allows activation in 0.001 seconds. It also allows the Score Ranking option and records the number of puffs. And as for inhalation, this is done either by pressing the main button or by the automatic mode.

The Drag S PnP-X therefore has attractive technical features, especially as it does not neglect safety. 8 protections are offered to the user. Among them, there is a short circuit protection, an overload protection, a protection against too long inhalation (more than 8 seconds) and an overheating protection.

The PnP-X cartridge

At the top of the box is the PnP-X cartridge, a part that does not lack technical qualities either. It is made of PCTG. The connection is magnetic. It has a capacity of 5 ml and is filled from the side by turning the top cap. Simplicity, watertightness and hygiene are the order of the day.

Secondly, the airflow is adjustable. It is located at the top of the battery and allows air to enter from below.

Finally, the cartridge is compatible with Voopoo’s PnP coils. 2 are provided :

• A PnP-VM5 coil with a value of 0.2 ohm (40-60W)
• A PnP-VM1 coil with a value of 0.3 ohm (32-40W)

If both allow a DL vape, both vapes (MTL and DL) are possible depending on the coil installed.
