I placed the order, but I haven't received any confirmations. What should I do?

After your order has been processed, an email will be sent with the order number you issued. Then the invoice comes with an other electronically issued invoice.

How to cancel my order?

Once we handed your package to the courier, there is no possibility of cancelling your order.
You can cancel your order at your account orders, or request cancellation by contacting us here.

Do i have to pay customs?

Our stock is located in European Union, therefore your packages are duty-free if your country is part of the EU.
